I get grays after 1 week of dyeing it. I tried sprayed and the crayon one. I hated it because when I would run my hands through the hair, it will be black on my hands and under my nails and the spray sometimes gets on to my side face or forehead.I was hesitant to buy this because it is a a bit costly but it is worth it because I been using it for about two weeks it has not Ron onto my hairs or pillows.

My hair is very dark and I'm in an age where I'm finding I have to treat my roots every 2 to 3 weeks. Not only does this interfere with my highlights, but I don't like the damage that the chemicals are doing that often to my hair. I decided to try this product and oh my gosh this is a total game changer! It goes on smooth & even & it stays on ALL DAY (Even in rain). It will not transfer to clothing or my hands if I have to run my fingers through my hair. It does not make my hair stiff at all. It blends in perfectly and looks completely natural. I am so glad I found this product and I will never ever be without it.

I am very impressed. I purchased the dark blonde and applied it for root touch up and very thinning hair at my temples. It worked beautifully and was a great match! It looks very natural and wasn’t heavy like I have found some products in the past.The only negative is the amount of product for the price. I am delighted to have such a great result but find it overpriced.

This powder is expensive but it's worth it for so many reasons. It's easy to use (no worrying about a spray spraying all over the place), portable and convenient for travel and on-the-go touch-ups, washes out easily, and doesn't irritate my scalp. I find that the black covers my greys quite well - the key is to LOAD UP THE BRUSH with plenty of powder. I usually load the brush with 5 strokes of powder (from top to bottom) before applying, and I "reload" the brush frequently as well. The downside is that it takes much longer to apply than a spray, especially if you have several spots you need to cover, and it's harder to apply to the back of the head. It's not going to give you full-head coverage whereas with a spray you could spray all over to cover up as much as you want. The powder holds up quite well, usually a couple days for me. But it's NOT 100% transfer-proof. When I touch my hair, a faint grayish tinge sometimes appears on my fingers, so I have to be careful.

After reading so many great reviews, and seeing before/after pics, I decided to give this product a try. Although the price was steep (for eyeshadow sized powder), I figured if it truly works, it’ll be worth it. Plus, I needed quick coverage to take some photos. I have long dark brown hair & at the time my grays, which are more silvery/white, needed coverage of about an inch.WELL, I cannot begin to express how LONG (hrs) it took and how much I had to “blot” onto the same spot to “cover the gray” and just at the top where my roots were exposed from parted line!The “positive”: the powder eventually “covered” but that was after applying so much over and over to the same spots. Although, it never truly got to the “dark brown” … but it was basically a shade lighter so it kind of blended. Maybe it would’ve looked dark brown on someone with darker “pepper” grays vs lighter “salt” grays. 🤷🏻‍♀️NEGATIVES: you cannot touch your hair afterwards to fix, scratch, and definitely not to run fingers through (beware of a breeze)!! The loose powder on scalp transfers onto your fingers/hands (my fingers looked like I was prepping to be finger printed lol) and it also causes loose powder on scalp to find its way to your face! Trying to remove black powder falling on face after applying make-up and minutes before my photos…nightmare!! 👎 And I didn’t even apply my makeup until after I applied WOW to my roots just in case. Unfortunately, I only used this product once but it was too late for me to return it, so it was money wasted. That said, I figured I’d write my first ever review to hopefully save someone else time and money.

This is not just for gray roots! I buy the platinum to touch up my highlights on my level 6/7 base hair color. I never look like my highlights have grown out!! It is a game changer, really extends my time between highlights which is a huge money saver. Blends so perfectly and looks natural.

This really did not work very well for me. It is the right color but maybe I am not using enough- It just didn't seem to cover the little grays that pop up at the root. I cannot recommend

No female wants thinning hair, but it happens to many of us. I was only 37 when my hair started thinning and I only have half the hair I once did. You can see my scalp through my hair and I used to wear a topper, until I discovered this product and use it in conjunction with Febron hair fibers. I use ColorWow closer to the hairline, because it can be applied very precisely and looks natural. In order to cover the top of my head and crown, that's where Febron comes in. Combining these products has saved me from being self-conscious and looking much older than I am. Tip: (pat gently first if applying fibers) and use hairspray to "set" the product(s). The hairspray really helps the powder and fibers stay where you put them! Lasts all day!
