Power leakage from terminal# 25
I am using 600DT in J mode.The timer is working fine, other than the fact that there is a power leakage from terminal# 25.From the beginning itself, some of the connected devices' LEDs stay on despite the circuit being off. I thought it was due to induction.A month after purchase, I decided to check my circuit & found that the 600DT was leaking power from terminal# 25.I contacted the seller (Protech Controls) who asked me to contact the manufacturer.I contacted the manufacturer (Selec Controls) and after talking to 4 employees and sharing numerous videos of me testing their product in AC & DC current over 2 days, they finally accepted the device was faulty & asked to send the device to them for service. Before sending the device, I specifically asked them to check another 600DT & see if this was a common fault.After I sent the timer for service, it took over a month for me to get a replacement. They cited various reasons for the delay like the product was out of stock & if I had a GST number they could have processed faster, etc.Finally, the same issue is present in the replacement unit.I informed their "design team" to whom I had sent the videos & who assured me that the replacement I receive will not have the power leakage.No response from them till I posted this.
