The hardware of the kit is great! The only thing not included was wire and that was only a few bucks for 18/5 HVAC wire at Lowes. The software can do basically anything you want, though the UI and language can be a little confusing at first. I rent out space to others and set up 2 cards readers to track people entering and exiting. The software appears to let you query the hours calculated from the swipes though I have not used that part just yet. The magnet is strong enough but as with any magnetic access system the door can be flexed open a little at the bottom since it's only supported by the magnet at the top. I think eventually I will switch to the latch strike but the magnet will do for now.Installation was a little tricky. It's mostly just a lot of drilling. Since I was installing in brick/cinder block I needed a place to splice the wires so everything is on junction boxes. The keypads can mount on the holes for a lightswitch (USA) if you turn the plate sideways. The holes for the exit button did not line up with anything but it was trivial to make a new hole. I did not use the motion detector. I'd have to figure out a cleaner way to do this if looks mattered but it looks good enough for our purposes.Overall very pleased, it's perfect for our business.

I would like to endorse this product, company and its customer service. I installed the product a few months ago on an outdoor access gate for our condominium community in Boquete, Panama. It was easy to install and has worked flawlessly. Thanks to the immediate response from customer service today I was able to access the controller through a wireless modem and add some RFID keys to the system. The customer service was both quick and accurate. I am very impressed overall with the product, personnel the your company.This was a pretty simple installation and I would point out that the product is very sophisticated and could be used as access control for large companies with hundreds of employees controlling up to 4 doors per control unit with access control tailored to each door and detailed info on the owner of each RDIF key.In this application I used a simple weatherproof rocker switch to exit the community property and an RFID sensor/keypad for entrance through a small personnel gate. I did take the precaution of using some silicone sealant on all potential ingress points on the electromagnetic latch to prevent water from entering at the top of the electromagnet.The system was relatively easy to install and program and has performed flawlessly. It is infinitely easier to access the property now. The old system was a simple mechanical dead bolt which required a key to both enter and exit.

When I had questions I was contacted by Wood Chen, a Senior Security Control Technical Expert Support Agent. He told me he had over 20 years of experience and it showed. Mr. Chen was very helpful. The access control system itself is very easy to install. Every step of the installation has a video to guide you through the set up. Once installed it is very easy to add cards or key fobs to the access control system. Simply scan the card or key fob and add it to the list of approved personnel that can access the door. You can then go further and set permissions for each individual employee. Such as they cannot access the door on the weekends or holidays or you can set their access time to only a certain time of day.. for example only between 8:30am to 8pm. The mag lock is very strong. Someone would have to destroy the door to get past the mag lock. I recommend this product and it’s tech-support that supports it.

I was able to get the door lock working, but then had some issues with the software. I emailed and the company promptly responded with an answer, but I still had some issues. They set up a phone call and walked me through the issue and I've had no problems at all since. Very good product and even better customer support!

Our organization purchased this to have the ability to allow multiple volunteers into our building at different times. The software is a little clunky, but it works and is a good value for the price. Customer support was kind and quick to respond.

The media could not be loaded. Thank you first to Wood Chen for helping me through the entire process. He went above and Beyond! He is your point of contact if you have issues with this system. The system is great with everything you need to install a mag lock system. He has other kits too. Kits with more doors, sensors, door strikes. The manual is very straightforward. I had never wired one of these up and was able to make it 90% there. The other 10% is Wood Chen telling you exactly what needs to be done to get you working correctly. He has diagrams that he makes just for your scenario. Don’t come empty handed, you can email him manuals and model numbers of other items you’re trying to integrate. He’s very helpful. Saved my Butt several times. We have this controlling a large glass door with a top mag lock. I meet fire code, and everyone’s happy. My client really enjoys this system and I’m really happy that Wood Chen is there to help. Thank you again Sir! We love the product!

Seller is VERY concerned that the buyer is pleased. Seller personally follows up to questions and assures the buyer is satisfied with the product and support. Instructions could be more complete due to what I assume to be language barrier/ translation but for anyone with even a modest sense of tech ability, the system is relatively simple. I chose to wire the entire system on my desk ahead of installing it. Once I figured out the wiring, I made my own wiring diagram before installing... a wise move I encourage all to take. This system has a TON of capability beyond what I may ever use/need so it is a good value for the dollar.UPDATE on 4 SEP 2019. This system continues to perform flawlessly. I had a small system error (likely user error, meaning me :) ). I emailed the seller who PROMPTLY responded with the info I needed to access the Door Control portion of the software. If I could give 10 stars I would THIS is what true customer service after the sale is about.
