All I can say is WONDERFUL!! Very few supplements work as effective as advertised. I am yet to be dissatisfied with this supplement which is why I keep stocking up. A word to the manufacturers "Please keep up the good work".

Shortly after taking these it made me feel sluggish and tired for a couple hours. Tried taking after lunch and same.Not for me.

Notice no change…drank a ton of water and took as instructed…nothing

It works but you need to let it have a couple of days, it doesn't happen over night

After plenty of research before my first initial purchase this product had the dosage and vitamins and minerals that hit the mark on everything I wanted.I have been taking SemaPro nearly everyday since the end of October 2024. Its April 2025 and I have not seen a noticeable increase in my semen volume. I workout 3-4 times a week, eat a balance diet and hydrate. I understand changes in this area can take 2-3 months and its been 4 months. I had high hopes and expectations for this product since it contains the ingredients I was looking for in a supplement and pairing it with a multi-vitamin to target the vitamins and minerals I wanted.Hopefully it works for others out there it just didn't work for me. I'm giving this product 2 stars because it met my needs in regards to its ingredients and serving size
