Cocoweb 19" Grand Piano Lamp - Adjustable, Black with Brass Accents, LED Clip-on with Dimmer - GPLED19D

This is a beautiful, high-quality lamp that I am proud to put on my new piano! It took a little time to read the instructions and warnings, as well as unpack the carefully packaged lamp. I installed it on my piano and was able to get it adjusted exactly as I wanted. It is streamlined and sturdy. Really lights up the area: a full 3 pages across and the whole keyboard.

After researching different options for months I decided to purchase this lamp for my new Kawai digital piano. At first I was worried it wouldn’t fit well on a digital piano but saw that a few other reviewers had used it on comparable models. The color options available can match just about any finish. The dimmer is such a nice feature and I was quite surprised at how good it was for being on an LED lamp. This lamp deserves the 5 stars in my book. That being said I do feel like the price is a bit steep, but the quality is definitely superior. Nothing about it feels cheap. I was lucky enough to be able to get this lamp while a deal was going which made the purchase a bit easier to justify. In the end I think it’s still worth the cost!

Bought this fixture to replace an old fluorescent one which was not really doing the job on the church piano. The Cocoweb unit is much brighter and the included dimmer control allows you to adjust the amount of light to whatever level you desire. The fixture has a clean, stylish look which complements the baby grand piano, yet it's slim size almost makes it seem to disappear when turned off.The only thing I didn't like was the foam tape provided to secure the dimmer in place. Totally unsuitable by my standards. Instead, I machined a block of aluminum to hold the dimmer and attached it to the rear of the clamping bracket (see pics #1-3). This provided a centered mounting and still allowed easy adjustment of the dimmer when necessary.Be aware that there is an error in the description about the thickness range of the music rest which can be accommodated by the clamp of this fixture. It is capable of attaching on 3/8" up to 9/16", but not any thicker, unless you remove the padded pressure plate from inside the clamp. I don't recommend doing that, because the thumbscrews could mar the rear of the music rest when they are tightened, without the padded plate in place.All in all, it's a great light fixture, although I think it's priced a bit higher than necessary. However, I was unable to find anything else that was comparable at a lower cost, so the choice was pretty simple.

I replaced a piano lamp that was almost 70 years old with this beauty. Although they call it a " grand piano" lamp, it slides onto the music stand on my gorgeous spinet piano. The light it produces is wonderful

I researched carefully before buying and settled on this lamp for its beautiful appearance and, based on other reviews, quality lighting. While I was hesitant to pay almost nearly two hundred dollars, I wanted quality lighting for my children practicing piano, and I could not resist the attractive design (think of how you feel holding an Apple product or a swiss watch).After almost 11 months of use I can report the product works as expected. However, the power supply began emitting hissing noise almost from the beginning and I noticed this annoyed my kids to the point they began keeping this lamp off as they practiced. Finally I decided to do something about it, and, with little hope, contacted Conoco Lighting about this. Once they confirmed I have indeed purchased their product they promptly sent me a replacement power supply which works perfectly fine. This pleasant customer service experience alone prompted me to leave this feedback.The other minor complaint: the notes holder to which I attached the lamp occasionally tips down when nothing is resting on it. Not a problem with notes in place, only when nothing is there, say when someone is playing from memory. This balance issue is very subtle and I am often able to pulll/push the holder to keep the lamp from tipping down. It could be special to my upright piano.Overall I am happy with the product and with the vendor. Recommend.

Like you, I was a bit turned off by the price of this music light... until I received it in the mail. It's packaged extremely well, is well-built, attractive, and gives a very pleasant light that you can control easily. Our piano is the focal point in our living room and this handsome little light actually ADDS to the décor rather than subtract from it like a cheap little light would. It's rated to last 50,000+ hours (that's almost 6 years of continuous use), so we plan to have it for a good while!

The piano light is attractive on my grand piano. The light is bright and dimmable which is a nice feature. I like the switch on the light instead of on the cord. The width gives light to music with multiple pages. Nice quality and very functional
