The product was of good quality, but the capsules were too large for my mother. Keep in mind that 1000 mg is a large dose; it's like the largest capsule size and they make it, it was bigger than that id say. This is the only reason I would deduct any points.

Have only used this particular product for a short period of time, but so far it appears to be working fine. Purchased to replace prior product.

Used for sore joints

Most inexpensive product for mag bisglycinate. And confirmed it is chelated and not just co-inhabiting together in the pill, which is where the benefits lay. Each pill providing 135mg mag is a bit of an awkward amount. But I am sure that is driven by the fact that mag bisglycinate is only something near 20% magnesium. (forget exact figure).

Great product and great value.

Great price on a bioavailable version of magnesium. Most cheap vitamins use magnesium oxide which is basically useless because we can't break that bond. This one is very bioavailable and doesn't cause GI issues.

I'm taking this to hopefully improve my sleep. Only time will tell about that but the pills are really big. I typically don't have a problem swallowing pills, even large ones, but these are the largest I've seen. And you have to take two (the recommended dose)! Maybe that's how large they need to be contain the right dose of magnesium but be warned.
