Works AMAZING BUT sooo pricey
This stuff has done wonders for my dog that tore her ACL. And then I use it on my other dog as well because he’s older and having joint problems. The only issue is you go through it very quickly and it’s super expensive. I wish they would come down off the price some

Great product
I was introduced to DIM 4 years ago by a very young esthetician. I was desperate for treatment for hormonal acne. I was 38 yrs old having skin problems like I was a teen going through puberty! It was painful and embarrassing. My hormones were so out of whack. I tried skin creams, regimens, peels, and anything else I could topically. The doctors didn’t help with their prescriptions of other topicals, different birth controls, and other meds with some dreadful side effects. It was maddening and nothing worked. I had gone to get another peel on my face when this young lady looked at my skin and said I had hormonal acne. She asked what I had done to treat it and I said EVERYTHING! She told me to try taking DIM. I had never heard of it, but I was anxious to try it, especially since it’s a natural supplement and had to be better than all the crap the doctors were giving me. She told me I probably wouldn’t need the medications anymore! I went home and ordered it immediately. It took 3-4 weeks to notice a difference, but my skin started clearing up and I noticed a drastic change to my pms symptoms and period. Nearly all of my pms symptoms subsided... like no more emotional roller coasters, no more days of being physically and mentally exhausted before I’d start, and hardly any cramps!! I was in love. I’ve never had one product make such a dramatic improvement to my body. I have taken DIM ever since and I tell every woman I can about it when they start mentioning hormone issues. I wondered earlier this year if I needed it anymore so I got off of it for a month, and that was a mistake. The acne started coming back and I didn’t feel right anymore. My body needs the ingredients in the supplement and I’ll be on it for the rest of my life if I have to. I’m not a fan of pharmaceuticals anyway, but I am a fan of natural products that better my wellness. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already. I’ve tried multiple DIM brands and doses, and I haven’t found a bad one yet. I do recommend starting with the lower doses to try it if you’ve never had it, then work your way up as you feel comfortable with. I hope it works for you as much as it does for me. I’ll never let the doctors play with my hormones again. I’m not an experiment, and drugs are bad, mmmmk. 😉

Helped my post-post-partum hormonal issues!
So I've been desperately searching for almost a year now for some relief from what I just thought of as "hormonal instability". I've had bad PMS my whole menstruating life (just turned 40), but felt GREAT after my daughter was born 3.25 years ago. Euphoric, almost! She nursed for a long time and I felt pretty good up until she was almost 2. I then started getting really weird around ovulation (which had never happened to me before). I went to my midwife and she recommended a very low-dose of prozac (2-4 pills per MONTH). That helped for a while but then, all of a sudden, it just DIDN'T. It was HORRIBLE. I felt like I had the worst PMS of my life, but it was like 3.5 weeks out of the month with ovulation being the worst! My temper was scary and I was catastrophizing and spiraling in my head and just feeling really really horrible to the point where I felt like I wouldn't be able to "hide" it in daily life. For a while, I even upped my own dosage of prozac to once a day and it didn't even make a dent. This was all just after my daughter fully weaned (at 2.5 years old). So I started taking some herbal supplements and they definitely helped. Evening primrose, rhodiola rosea, L theanine (from green tea), etc. and still take those. But adding this DIM just early last week (the week that I would've still had pretty bad PMS) made a HUGE difference! I started with just 1 and that was good. Then, just the day before my period was set to start, I took 2 (at different times of day) and also an extra evening primrose and *barely* had PMS mood issues! I also haven't had any side effects, so that's a plus, but honestly, I would take some headaches if it would keep me from becoming a psycho harpie once or twice a month (hoping this helps just as much at ovulation time!). It means a lot to me to not be irritable and impatient with my 3-year-old and husband. I may just have to stock up on this!

Oh yeah, this stuff works!
I’m not a review writer, but this is one of those products that prompted me to this time. I hadn’t been having menopause symptoms, except some rosacea and hormonal chin acne that I’ve had for almost two years, and of course the neverending chin hair, so I decided to try T-Tapp’s alfalfa blend. Within two weeks of starting that it kicked me in to insomnia, hot flashes like I’ve never had before that just kept coming morning, noon, and night. Hands and feet freezing, the torso burning up like a hot dog in boiling water, and something I’ve never had, night sweats! And after I stopped taking it all of this still continued. Needless to say I was pissed that it triggered all of this. I had seen DIM on Amazon about a year earlier and forgot about it, and ran across it about 3 weeks ago, which was about two weeks after I stopped taking the other stuff. I took my first one on a Friday evening. I woke up the next morning feeling different, but couldn’t quite put my finger on exactly what was different. So I kept taking twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Within a 4-5 days the hot flashes were subsiding and the few I was having were tolerable. Going in to week two the hot flashes and night sweats were almost gone. I’m now in week three. Hot flashes are gone. Night sweats are gone. Rosacea is minimal and almost gone. The chin hairs seem to be thinning and slower growing. The chin acne is minimal and almost gone and healed. Needless to say, I AM VERY HAPPY right now with the effect the DIM has had on reducing or eliminating all of these side effects. I’ll continue to take it and post updates. This will be the best $20 you can spend trying to deal with Peri and Menopause, I and I would say definitely give it a try!
