Very well packed. Worked out of the box. Very easy to control. Quiet. Comfortable and relaxing to use. Appears to be well made with good quality materials. Whether it will actually be of benefit only time will tell. The only improvement I would make is a bag to hold the bits and pieces.

Easy to use with feeling of wellbeing after 30 minutes at 10 vibration and 35c temperature. Using it once a day. Very satisfied.
