This wormwood is so easy on my stomach! And it works nicely. I just did a cleanse with no problems and give this wonderful blend all the credit. For extra power, run this through you on a full moon...or near it. When those little buggers --that we ALL have---are most active. Bye bye pests! Hello gut health.

Did it work?
I can't say if it worked, but I can say I had mild constipation which is very unusual for me & a headache that I felt when I slept. Some might say it's the "die off", but what it actually is, the wormwood is a neurotoxin that causes headaches in sensitive people. I think I'm going to stop trying every supplement lol.The constipation comes fromThe wormwoods diuretic effect, which I noticed I had to use the bathroom non stop. So if this is the effect you are looking for...go for it. I also have arthritis & was definitely in a flare this week, is it related ? Idk was I in pain everyday? Yes I was..is it worth it ? No.Also I had pretty severe dizziness.This was a bad idea.

Not the right type of green black walnut or wormwood
Didn't really work for helping poop. After some research it seems that you want green black walnut not the leaf the hull. NOW sells the perfect formula in a dropper liquid form and boy does that stuff workedEdit: the customer service team reached out to me regarding this review and I am really impressed with their customer service. It's really on me for not buying exactly what I wanted, but their product is good. Therefore I am changing the stars to 5 based on their customer service

I didn't know it had silicone dioxide and magnesium stearate. Peak Performance seems to be a healthier one
