Wear it for you, not the people who ask if your wearing a support shirt. 5'10, 42-44 pant waist with 50' chest under the armpits. 2XL too small. 3XL is perfect. Lifting, stretching,running. Shirt is long enough to grab the back of the butt, and stay in place when wearing pants with a belt. WARNING! YOU WILL NEED A BELT. Sleeves are short and don't show under a t-shirt. Neck is comfy. When it's hot out the shirt is cool. When it's cold out, you are cold!

This shirt has great compression on both the chest and abdomen area. The difference that it makes in the way that you look is incredible. If you have problems with your chest, like man boobs, this shirt will make a huge difference for you. The spare tire or beer belly is greatly diminished while wearing this shirt. This shirt does have some stretch to it, but not a big amount. It is because of the smaller amount of stretch that the shirt is so effective, in my opinion. Be careful when ordering! The sizing is accurate. I wear extra large t-shirts, I always order medium compression shirts. The medium that I ordered this shirt in had to be cut off because it would not come off any other way. That's my own fault, obviously. I ordered this shirt in a size large after I had to cut the medium off of me and it is as close to perfect as I could ever expect to have. This shirt does have a little thickness to it, but it feels great. I can wear this shirt for 15 hours straight and it doesn't bother me at all. I do wash this shirt in my front loading washer and it has never harmed the shirt in any way. Bottom line: if you are looking for an effective compression shirt, you have found it. A lot of compression shirts claim to do things that they just don't do, and it is difficult to find one that actually does what it claims to do. This is a compression shirt that does what it claims to do. It is very good for your self confidence and ego.
