Tedious, Confusing
This was purchased by the company I work for as a work tool.The kit requires you to print your own parts to be used. That's probably not a big deal for some people but I am new to 3D printing and I found the hinges to be particularly challenging to print.Also, it took several days. My printer ran out of filament through the process (it takes more than a large roll of filament.) of printing one of the larger pieces and it didn't pause like it was supposed to, causing me to waste a lot of time and filament. That's not a fault of the kit but I couldn't figure out a way to get it properly start again so I had to scrap it.Lastly, the directions call for the use of magnets. A magnet holding part to be printed is included in the download file. However, the kit does not contain any magnets... and isn't supposed to I guess... Confusing. Now I don't really know if I should buy magnets or put it together without them.
