This roller coming with the box is the top quality. The pain level is managable and I am seeing new hair growth in my forehead after using this product. You can easily rub with the liquid of your choice and it is very easy to use. The holding is also a ease of use and it holds neatly in your hand. This works great, box and packaging was professional. I ordered the 25mm microneedle roller, I think adding it to my skin care routine was helpful, don't expect immediate results it's beneficial long-term, not much skin irritation just pink skin where you roll it a bunch, if you're doing it on your scalp you don't have anything to worry about.

I don't give many 5 star ratings, but couldn't be happier with this product. Real metal needles, love the case, good price, no negatives I can find. Will it help my hair loss? Don't know but I recommend this product. I did research and make sure to sterilize every use with alcohol. I just put alcohol in the bottle cap and dip roller into that before use.
