Colorist's Special Effects 5: Color like a pro! step-by-step tricks and skills with pencils

I really love this series as the exercises are short and there are great pictures and descriptions. This particular edition is jam-packed with tutorials. It is the longest book in the series by far and well worth the money! Once you buy one of these books, you will want the whole series!

I have the 4th book and love it and have used it, so when I saw this one I knew I wanted it. There are some things in there that I don't care about, but for the most part, I know I will use a lot of the ideas in here. I definitely recommend this book to any colorist.

I am not an artist at all but I enjoy the instructions and information. I enjoy coloring now.

Useless. I have 3 other of her books. All fantastic. I thought this would be different with added information. No. All repeat techniques. I have Colorist Special Effects 1, 2 and 3 and I have learned a lot. I passed on no. 4 because some reviews mentioned repettion. I thought maybe this woul expand on prior subjects. But this was expensive and don't accept returns.
