Well made easy to install
As described, well packaged, easy to understand instructions, works well no leaks after installation. Great quality and appearance. Great value for the money. Seems durable. Sprayer works great no leaks, diverts water from faucet completely when using spray attachment (which was not the case with our old one). Would buy again if needed.

Everything I expected!
My last unit was a single handle Delta that lasted only a few years. The finish got pitted, the faucet began to leak badly and the separate sprayer lost its water pressure for some reason. My efforts to remove the handle assembly to inspect/replace the ball inside were unsuccessful so I decided it was time for a new unit as well as for a different brand. This Pfister is really good looking and every aspect works perfectly and I had no real problems in the installation which I performed myself and I'm 92 years old. I am glad I decided to go for the new unit!

Good quality, low water flow.
I like the appearance of this faucet and sprayer. Installation was not difficult, and valve operation is smooth and certain. My only complaint is that the flow rate is substantially diminished over my previous faucet. Plenty of water pressure and flow is available, but a restrictor in the aerator is limiting the flow.

Impressed with the Spiffy Kitchen Faucet Features
After doing research, I decided to buy this faucet and boy, am I glad I did! I'm loving everything about it - particularly the high arc spout, which makes washing big pots a breeze. The side sprayer is a nice addition and gets those tough corners. The stainless steel finish is sleek and elegant, and the 360 degrees swivel spout is just the cherry on top. Highly recommend it!

Steel!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally got a faucet that is basically all metal at a fair price, much better than the one I bought about 2 years ago (for about the same price), which was just plastic with metal in some hidden places. After developing a leak I actually snapped off the end of the faucet while screwing it back on with very little torque. Very glad I got this for our kitchen since it is heavy duty and from a better quality company, IMO, and the end of this one will not snap, that is for sure. Pfister said stainless steel and meant it, unlike the other company. No leaks anywhere and has been over a month since I installed it, the faucet also has a much stronger stream that the cheap plastic/metal faucet. Only thing I dislike is after using the sprayer, popping noises come from the faucets when turning them on the next few times, and that may have been an installation error on my part. No biggie after get used to it.Eyeing some Pfister metal bathroom faucets to replace the cheapo plastic faucets I bought many years ago for our two bathrooms. From the quality of this faucet, Pfister is a no brainer for me.

Leaks, causes water hammer, cheap feeling & looking
What good is a faucet that leaks? It leaked immediately from the connection at the diverter, ran down the sprayer hose and into the bucket I had to keep under it. Also, it created bad water hammer thud noise almost every time we turned on or off the cold or hot handles. It's junk in spite of its brand name. I returned it and spent about $40 more for the Pfister Glenfield... worth every penny! No leak, heavy solid handles, no water hammer at all, it's fancier and as a bonus, has spray/stream from the faucet head. Don't make my mistake. Spend the extra money on things you use the most, like a kitchen faucet.

Just what I wanted
I looked at a lot of faucets for my newly remodeled kitchen. I'm very happy with this Pfister. It has been installed for around a month. I can't speak to the ease of installation because we hired a plumber to install it. I don't believe he had any difficulties though. We have good pressure. The sprayer is awesome-great pressure. At first the sprayer hose was very stiff and hard to pull out, but that has improved with time. The faucet drips for a few seconds after using it, but the plumber said that it's the design-water is held in the end of the faucet and drips out slowly. It isn't a problem with water dripping from the source. I especially love the stainless steel. It matches my stainless steel appliances and, best of all, it doesn't get water spots like chrome does! It also doesn't get fingerprint marks. I would definitely recommend this faucet.

Good upgrade
My house is a manufactured home, just a few years old. These homes have come a long way since the metal boxes of the 1950’s and 60’s. My house has a few nice upgrades, but the fixtures and appliances are pretty basic. Since these homes are mass produced, the manufacturers buy fixtures and appliances in large quantities at a big discount. The faucets especially looked cheap, and the kitchen faucet was a major pain; the spout was difficult to move from one side to the other, to the point where I felt like I had to hang onto the base while doing so. I finally got tired of fussing with it, so I ordered this faucet by Pfister. My BF installed it for me, and it took him maybe a half hour, including removal of the old faucet. I’m happy with this new unit. The handles and spout move smoothly, and it’s easy to adjust the flow rate and temperature to my needs. The side sprayer installed very easily and works great. This faucet is a nice upgrade at a reasonable price.
