It's a very bad product. Mine is defective and now it doesn't even turn on. I don't know how the service is.

Built quality is good but sound of the speaker is very cheap, also facing the issue sometime voice not clear and sometime hard press to off/on button. I received faulty charging wire, please don't buy this speaker even 300 rupees because this is not worth it. Company need to reduce the price up to rs 200 not 599/649 like that.

Size is minuscule and provides quite a loud output for its portable dimensions. Fills a medium sized room with its loud sound and mic is great as well. I'm using it for conference calls and very happy with its performance as it lasts nearly 4 hours with 75% volume. Connectivity is stable and there is no disturbance with nearby devices. I would not recommend it for music but nothing beats it for online meetings at this price range.Sound starts to crackle at higher volume and the verbal announcements for switching on/off incld. pairing is a nuisance during daily use. I don't want to broadcast to the entire floor that I'm turning on/off my external speaker. Simple beeps would have sufficed.

It is the size of half of your palm. Sound is stabilized & in its full volume, it does provide a clarity on sound. Didn't check the battery life, wish for the best.
