Hoping for health benefits in the additional minerals
I've used the Himalayan Pink Salt for years....I LOVE SALT....and my lab results have been right in the middle of normal, so not too much sodium. But I've recently switched to this BLUE salt...it has different minerals in it which I've read may help with my high blood pressure and occasional Atrial Fibrillation. It tastes good.....can't wait to see if the results are what I'm hoping for

Great help with electrolytes and osmotic vessel effect
Coarse but great for a little salt hit before bed. Helps with the electrolytes so no crampy during the night added bonus is the great osmotic effect for drawing fluid into the vessels. Pinch under the tongue.

Blue Salt
I’ve only used it a couple of times but I think it actually tastes saltier than regular salt - with less sodium and more nutrients…. pretty cool. 😎

Blue Salt
This kind of salt is supposed to be the best for the body. So far it tastes good and I put it on just about everything.

Not what you might think this is.
This is not what certain ads make this out to be! It's just expensive salt.

Small bag
I've never had blue salt before so I don't know what to expect. It is a very coarse salt. The taste is different it's not real salty. So far I've just eating it straight up just to taste it I haven't cooked with it yet.The bag is small about the size of my hand,I thought the bag would be bigger but that's okay.I heard the salt supposed to be the best salt around.
