Exactly what I thought it would be!

Many questions are poorly written and difficult to even understand what they're asking. Also, you'll find several answers that are wrong, or at least questionable. It's ok at best.

I guess I got what I paid for, 1000 questions for like $30-something bucks I should've realized it would only be helpful to a certain extent... So worth every penny, but, for better prep my advice is just spend a little more $$ for higher quality.

I went through this book and there is definitely some good stuff in it. However, it feels like this guy has not taken the SEC+ in a long time and forgot the kind of questions Comptia asks for this exam. This book wont hurt you and if you study this book then you will be more prepared than not using it. However, I found Professor Messer's practice tests to be a lot closer to the actual test and more focused to the actual exam objectives.

I would give this book a negative review if I could. I have both the official Comptia and the complimentary study guide. This book covers topics not covered in both of these, It is extremely frustrating to go through the problems and the problems try to trick you. There are lots of questions, and most of them seem to match the curriculum for 701, but many of the explanations and the answer choices themselves are confusing and arbitrary.
