EF ECOFLOWWave 2 Portable Air Conditioner with Add-on Battery, Air Conditioning Unit with Heat, Air Portable AC for Outdoor Tent Camping/RVs or Home Use

Ecoflow is a good brand but after service will try to cheat and play around by any possible way. I had very bad experience with solar panel before and now again same thing happening with Ecoflow wave II. I have received it for more than three weeks but it still showing that it’s on the way so they make it difficult to return in case of any thing goes wrong.I got my wave 2 three weeks ago and went for camping in Oman, when I set my camp and turn it on it worked only for two hours then error code 2 was showing and the device stoped sudden. Since then the device is not working.The two hours I spent was just ok because its not blowing air the much u expect and it should be close from ur face so u can feel the cool even though that was only early morning, I guess it will not help during afternoon time.Ask for a return and I still struggling with the seller and waiting for pickup and return.
