I purchased a Goodee projector in October, and unfortunately, it failed. However, I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received, especially from Anna. I’ve been using the GooDee Smart 4K Projector for a few months now, and it's genuinely a great value for casual home entertainment. The picture quality is sharp with rich colors, and the 800 ANSI lumens brightness is more than enough for both indoor and outdoor use. Having Netflix and Amazon Prime Video built-in is super convenient, and the 5G WiFi makes streaming smooth without any lag. I also love the Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with my soundbar—it makes movie nights feel like a mini theater at home!Two features I found especially useful are the zoom adjustment and vertical keystone correction, which allow flexible placement. That said, the keystone correction could be even more precise, and a finer zoom control would help for more exact positioning. Still, they work well enough for most setups.What truly impressed me, though, was the customer support. I ran into a minor technical issue and reached out—Anna from support went above and beyond to walk me through the fix. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. Kudos to Anna and the entire GooDee support team for such top-notch service. Highly recommended projector and a company that stands by its product!

Product didn’t last. Seller is making me pay for shipment to send back despite being under warranty. They should send me new unit with a return shipment for me to send broken projector back. Very disappointed6/3/25After speaking with customer service they sent a new projector and refunded my shipping cost. They also offered to send me a gift in return for the difficulty I had to deal with. I did not see a reason for that but it was a nice gesture. Projector is working good and hope it will continue to do so in the future.

I’m in love with this projector!!! I bought this to replace my old one which we haven’t made much use of. What I love about this is the Netflix and Prime already comes with it! I’m all about easy functionality without having to connect to a laptop or our cell phones. I love that it also has Bluetooth and the speaker is much louder than our old one. We’re looking forward for our summer having family movie nights in our backyard.

Great 4K picture quality, picture is very bright so it works well even in a lit room, auto detects HDMI input sources, and it allowed me to fully customize the projection borders from each corner of the image to fit my screen exactly. This is a very impressive projector for this price.

Great product! Easy to use, smart capabilities, kids love it. We use it outside at night. Keep in mind the lumens are not strong enough for day time viewing. However that was never our intent for this one.

For the price range so far I'm extremely impressed. One of the complaints though is. Yes, it comes in with an App Store. and few built-in apps, but I cannot get apps such as Disney plus or Hulu. I have to use a fire stick for that. That kind of defeats the purpose of getting one with built and apps. unless I'm missing some way. But I even did the search for the apps in the App Store and came Up with nothing for Disney plus or Hulu or Parama plus a lot of the major streaming platforms aren't included and you can't get unless you use a fire stick, which again defeats the purpose of getting one with a built in apps
