I've was suffering with extremely painful joints, mainly knees and elbows. Age & injury related. It's definitely helped me with both. Old, restrictive and painful knees and an injured, loose, clicking elbow.It took around 2-3months/8-12 weeks of consistent use, along side omega 3-6-9 but I'm finally able to move without discomfort.My joints don't feel fatigued and tired anymore. I'm absolutely delighted!! Obviously I'll continue use now, but really wish I'd known about body/joint health sooner. They should teach it in schools!The tablets are a bit bulky, but shouldn't be too difficult for anyone who takes omega 3-6-9 as they're around the same size.Patience and consistency is key for positive results
