The mic itself is amazing. No background noise passes through the mic. The build quality leaves nothing more to be desired.I REALLY love this mic. 5 stars.

Overally I can say that this is a good beginners dynamic mic which is both USB and XLR Compatible. The mic feels sturdy and build quality is appreciated. But one thing I noticed you have to speak too close to the mic for proper audio output. Also I seldom felt much background noise capture when I listened to the unedited version.Few things I will definitely want the seller to know :1) In the primary package that I received, the seller intentionally or unintentionally didn't provide me with XLR Cable and 3/5 " mounts needed for boom arm.2) When I reached Cambium retail i.e the OEM company and raised the issue they immediately shipped missing parts without any arguments.3) When I received the second parcel I only found the XLR cable but no mounts. I again complained to the company through WhatsApp and they apologized for the mistake and after 15 days of my purchase I finally received all the accessories that were missing.Verdict :1) I really appreciate the kind of customer service that Audio Array (Cambium Retail) is providing to customers like me. The customer service is very promptin problem handling.2) Its been 3 times that I have used the mic for my YouTube channel videos and the quality of audio is very satisfying for me as of now. I will definitely want to purchase a premium product of Audio Array in future.

I recently purchased two more Audio Array AM-C37 microphones, and once again, the XLR cables were missing, despite being clearly mentioned as included. This was also the case with my previous purchase. Not receiving such an essential component is extremely frustrating.Adding to the frustration, Amazon's customer support has been unhelpful, offering no real resolution. The only option provided is to return the items and wait for a refund, which adds unnecessary delay. This repeated issue and lack of proper support have left me very disappointed.

Been using this for over a month now and it works for content creation. The mic is sturdy and well built. It even looks really premium on camera.The sound quality is great for the price, though there is not a lot of noise reduction - nothing you can’t handle while editing.Overall it’s a value for money product.Would have been nice if they would have sold the stand along with the mic, and not followed the strategy of making customers buy essential accessories separately to make some extra profits.

Packing Not Good 😐

I ordered 3 microphones at the same time, I read that the XLR and USB both the cables are involved but in the delivery I did not get the XLR cable, just got the USB cable.Why is the title showing that XLR and USB both the cables are included?Please solve this and my for my products, too
