This machine works just as expected. The instructions were clear and we were able to get it put together in under an hour. Cleaning the machine has been easy enough and for this price point we are impressed.

We love our popper! As many others have stated, the directions are hard to follow/understand, but either way a little effort you can figure it out. The quality of the machine is really nice and we love that it has a heat lamp to keep it warm to go back for 2nds. Perfect size for us and looks nice too!!

Looks awesome! Assembly isn't the easiest and cleaning takes a bit but other than that it's an amazing machine. We used it for a big event and it didn't disappoint.

We fall in love with this machine. We bought it for my daughter 15 and it was a success. It’s smaller that I expected but it makes a lot of popcorn anyway. Good quality, firm.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly wasn’t too bad, there was a little error in the directions, but I figured them out with patience. I’ve only made 3 batches so far and it seems to be worth the money.The final product is pretty comparable to actual movie theater quality popcorn, and it’s fun to watch the kernels popping. ASMR worthy for sure!I’m currently using the Jolly time popcorn packs. I like the popcorn but I’ll try a different brand next.Cleaning is a bit of a hassle but I’ve been disciplined to clean the machine after each use so it looks pretty to display when not in use.This is a great gift idea for someone who already has everything and loves popcorn!

This machine was bought to use at craft fairs for selling popcorn. The instructions are on the side of the machine so if you forget how to work it they are right there to see. It takes some practice using it, and maybe a few burned batches. Trying to clean it up can be a chore, but we have only used it a few times so I am sure with more use it will be easier. It would be a great machine for any family movie nights.

I would have given this a better rating except everything is of fairly poor built quality, and when reaching out to customer service the answer was fairly poor. I'll explain before.So I opened the box up tossed it in the trash, as it was trash day and proceeded to building this thing..The manual you receive with the product has errors in it so that it is confusing to put together and leaves out several pieces of the build and expects you to just figure it out. Which you will after looking at it for some time, but could definitely be better. As an example on page 6 step 5, it wants you to use a Bolt(U) which is about a 1" bolt but it wants you to connect the support leg and the stand together with it, except the support leg itself is an inch wide.. So how is this bolt going to work? It's not… It's a typo and should have been Bolt(T). There are a few others in this manual that either leave out putting a nut on, or washer and or even putting on 2 pieces to the main popcorn machine itself.. – Minus 1 star for this.I happened to get a unit that was missing a rubber foot, and the back panel had only 2 of the 4 holes drilled in it.. Though I didn't realize it only had 2 of the 4 until I had the entire thing put together except for those 2 screws. I didn’t mention this to their support but in several places the red paint is chippin off or flaking off.. This will be in a semi dark area so wasn’t of real concern to me but someone else might care about that.. The instruction manual on the back side says "Please do not return this product to the store" and instead to email for any assembly, questions, missing parts or other concerns... – Minus 2 stars for poor quality controlWell I emailed them, and sent them pictures of missing foot, and back panel.. They advised that I need to disassemble the entire thing pack it back in the box and do a return through amazon, so they can send me another unit. That seems like a lot of work so I figured I’d compromise and ask for just the rubber foot and I’ll drill some holes and get out my tap set and just fix the back panel myself. Their response? We don’t have any of those available, so please disassemble it pack it up and do a return for another unit..Like what is the point of even having that part on the back of the manual to e-mail their support for parts if they don’t even have the most basic parts in stock? What a waste of my time, and their time in this whole process.. I don’t normally write reviews but this one has annoyed me to the level of actually taking time to write one. All I wanted was a rubber boot, and they couldn’t even send that to me.. Seriously.. Poor customer service to expect the customer to spend probably another 30minutes taking it apart, driving it to the UPS dropping it off, driving back waiting 1-2weeks to get another unit to build it a 2nd time and hope this time there isn’t another issue just for their support to tell you the same thing.. THAT is why they are getting 1 star. I will update this review if they seem to have some sort of change of heart but I hope none of you have to deal with this process as it is pretty stellar let me tell you lol. – Minus 4 stars if I could go negative with their poor responses. I will give that they did reply and were available but their responses were totally lacking any kind of actual support.
