Will not pair with any other device but another DX-BT24.

I bought 15 for work with a remote robotic platform. Spent two days trying to get these to connect to my phone, a partner's 2021 iPhone, my computer's Bluetooth --- NOTHING! You can rename it, but you can't lower the UART down from the 115,000 mode. Serial baud is changeable. I had to download their technical manual and finally found the issue. I wished I had not thrown away my company's money down the toilet.
