Bad quality product delivered, Amazon as well as bevzilla refused to do anything
I actually love this product. And I have tried it earlier. But I decided to order strawberry only flavour since that was my favourite. Product received it good condition, inside packets were sealed. But they were having no sweet smell which I used to get. I tried it, and found the taste is missing completely. Product is not expired, still it was very bad. Amazon directed to contact company since it’s manufacturing defect. So I decided to contact bevzilla with batch number, to ask them what is wrong. But they refused to entertain anything, saying it’s amazon problem. As a customer you feel helpless. I feel bevzilla should have investigated it, since they are the manufacturer, but this response makes me feel, they don’t care. Before this I was recommending this product to everyone, saying it’s sugar free and healthy and yummy. But now I can’t. I doubt their Practices.
