Pricey Fan? Or A Life Saver?!
I have to say: I was not impressed with this fan when it first arrived. HOWEVER, after using it for a bit and experiencing the benefits, I absolutely love this Dreo fan with remote! My first impressions left me feeling like it was way too much money to splurge on a fan. Like I said tho, my mind changed drastically since. The product is durable, quiet, and incredibly powerful with amazing airflow. You do have to plug in to power this fan, which I actually prefer. Don’t let its size fool you. Compact for easily moving its location throughout the house, office, garage or any other place it’s needed. This fan can move some serious air. When it got unbearable hot last season and the air conditioners were working overtime the Dreo is what kept me from being miserable hot. It does an awesome job cooling without an air conditioner on any average warm day or in making a stuffy room pleasant very quickly. The Dreo also served well during the winter. If you live with wood heat and must get that warmth dispersed thru the house, this is the one! The unit has a wide range of oscillation and up/down tilt. I thought a fan with a remote was a bit silly. I am now a huge FAN 😆 and the remote is a must! Too hot to sleep? But then wake up about 4am cold cause the fan still on blast… REMOTE😬 There’s also timers and other cool things on the settings that I haven’t played with. I’d love to buy a second one of these. Very pleased and use this year round.

Great Product
While the cost was a bit more than I wanted to pay, I was looking for two things: (1) a good air circulator, and (2) a very quiet fan. This was to go in our entertainment room, and I didn't want fan noise overwhelming the entertainment units. I have to say that this fan tops the scale in both categories. Lots of fans circulate air well, but this one, if you didn't feel the breeze, you wouldn't know it is on. OK, at the highest setting, you can hear it, but it is still not obtrusive. Worth every penny if you're looking for excellent near-silent air circulation.

This is way better than I even could have guessed it'd be!
This is way better than I even could have guessed it'd be! Scoffed at the need for a remote but it's actually really freaking convenient. The different speeds are great and the oscillating aspect (which personally I feel every fan needs) gets at all the directions I want/need it to. It's quality is better than I was expecting as well and it sits steadily where ever I put it. Keeps the area cool and does the job it's meant to. The weight isn't a problem either and that's always a good thing. Worth the money even if it's pricey.

Very quiet, nice looking, but small.
After getting the first one, we liked it so much that we bought a second one. It's really quiet and it blows very efficiently. It's nice to have the remote and that the remote also controls the oscillation.Beware of the description though. It says it's a 13-in fan but the blade diameter is about 7 in, and the fan grill measures 8-1/2 inches across. I attached a photo and as you can see it works perfectly for us.Don't let the smaller size keep you from buying it though. It really is an awesome fan and puts out plenty of air and it's super quiet. We would certainly buy it again.

So far so good...
This is the quietest fan I've ever owned. It cools my master bedroom and moves the air around in a way that helps me sleep. I do like a little white noise while I'm sleeping but I don't want anything too loud and this is perfect. I couldn't give it five stars because there's no handle and it's bulky so I'm not happy with the way I have to move it. I would recommend it though for efficiency design and price.

I love it but watch out for the auto function!
I have used it for two years and I love it. One other review noted that the fan seemed to randomly speed up. This auto feature increases the fan speed when it detects the temperature increasing. A useful feature to have but, like one reviewer, it woke me up. I pressed the appropriate button on the remote that turns the auto function on/off and now speed is constant at set speed. As I say, I love it!

Love it!
This is my third fan from this brand and I’ve been super impressed with the strength of the fan. I love also that you can turn off the beeping noise. Love that it has a remote.

This Fan Is Not Built To Last - The Negative Reviews Were Not Lying
I purchased this product on May 15, 2025, and it stopped powering on exactly one month later (June 15th, 2025). The last day it worked, I was using it in my room and then moved it from my bedroom to the living room for an hour, used it there, and then returned it to my bedroom. After plugging it back in, it beeped as usual, but I noticed that it was not powering up. I initially thought the fuse was the problem, so I swapped the fuse for a new one that is working, but nothing happened (no beep either). I concluded that the fan wasn't receiving any power and most likely had an internal issue.I reached out to Dreo Support, and they never responded to my email, which was sent almost a week ago. Since this fan was shipped to me in another country, shipping it back to Amazon would not be worth the cost, so I'm stuck with this unreliable product, not built to last. I had to purchase a new fan from another brand since the cost of returning the Dreo fan to Amazon works out to be the same or more than sourcing it locally.I'm disappointed since the positive reviews suggested it was a good product. It's my fault because I glanced over the negative reviews, not realizing the numerous buyers who had the same issue as I did. With my crappy experience with this fan, I would never spend my money on another Dreo product because of the lack of support from their team. That is a risk I'm not willing to take again. For those who decide to purchase this product, I hope you have better luck than I did.
