It is made of ABS as it says which is a durable plastic. The product is really reliable. There hasn't been any problems such as leaks or anything in the past year and half since I purchased it. The hose is standard length and also flexible enough. Spray quality is good and the water flow is also uninterrupted. Well, the flow would depend on the water height of a home. Over all, I will say that it is worth the price I pay for.

Pros:It seems good quality. Working fine so far without any leak. Easy to install.Need improvements :Spray is not fine grained but thick enough, so you feel the pain if directly sprayed on body (Compared with our old Faucet.)Faucet Head is bit bigger. would have been better if size was bit more small.

The jet spray works well and has perfect pressure; there's no need for a pressure pump with this model. I expected the color to be black, but it turned out to be more of a grey. One downside is that I find it a bit overpriced, possibly due to the brand name ALTON. However, overall, it's still a decent product.

Convenient and sturdy

Received a Used Product and No Return OptionI received a used product instead of a new one. The item was in poor and damaged condition and clearly not brand new. On top of that, there is no return option available, which is very frustrating. The quality is also very poor and not worth the price. I do not recommend buying this product.
