As others have noted it is like a flat cola. The taste takes a bit to get used to. It is not a bad taste. Here in Australia the normal water bottles are 600ml, so just take a dip or two of water, break the tablet in half (so it fits in the opening), wait a few minutes and enjoy.Caffeine is 75mg about half the strength of an energy drink (based on 500ml. Same caffeine as a 250ml red bull) or the same as a cup of coffee. Since it is sugar free you don't get a crash from it.Preferable to either Powerade or Gatorade. Less sodium, but more of other minerals - calcium, magnesium and potassium.Summary - great for hydration and provides a mild caffeine boost that is not overwhelming. Sugar free so no crash. Flavour takes some getting used to, but it isn't badI will buy this again. This is my 4th order. 1st was 3 tubes, 2nd and 3rd were each 5 tubes. This last order was 8. Bear in mind I'm shipping to Australia so I need to keep the orders cost effective.

I use these to help keep hydrated during a long ride out on my bike and they are perfectly suited for the job. Of course you could use these for other sport such as running or gym where replacing lost fluids and hydration is important.If you're looking at these then you probably already know that keeping hydrated is not as simple as just consuming lots of water. Your body needs to replace lost minerals such as sodium as well as water in order to re-hydrate. That's where these come in. They contain a blend of electrolytes required to re-hydrate. The added caffeine is a great bonus too.They dissolve really well, and the tube is small enough to carry around in your saddle bag if you're using them for cycling. I typically use two in my 750ml bottle, this helps with the taste too as its quite weak. The taste is obviously not the point of these, but it helps when they taste nice. I've always used Cola and they taste just fine, a bit like diluted cola. If you use different size bottles it's important to note that they are easy to break up should you require one and a half or different amounts based on your bottle's capacity.

Good ingredients, dissolves well and gives a good energy boost for a while. Doesn’t taste nice though, yes it is somewhat Cola flavoured but very bland and too sweet.

Bought for use when I went abroad for a adventure holiday.In terms, of the post effects, it was really helpful and helped me feel better as I was restricted due to diet.The Cola flavour, wasn't that great, its drinkable, but the few times I used it, sometimes the solution did not mix well. And this can taste quite bad as a result. If I buy another packet, will try another one.

Been using these for a few months now, to help keep hydrated through out the day. These seem to help, having one tablet in a bottle of water each morning.
