Gentle and effective.
These Gummies work with establishing bowel regularity. Some have mentioned they stick together, ya, they are Gummies. If they didn’t stick together I’d be worried they were dried out and stale. Not a big deal, flip the bottle over and tap it… down they come.A few have mentioned they need to run to the bathroom within a short time after taking these?My experience is I take 2 at night and get to poop every morning so I can get on with my day without worrying about needing a restroom while I’m out and about. got for a vacation
taste great. Easy to chew. Im hoping these will work as good as the powder because i am going on a vacation and dont wanna take the powder with me.

Too sweet
Tastes too sweet. They should lower the amount of sugar. Watch for Dietary Facts sheet if you’re on weight loss diet. They came melted and out of shape.

They work for me
Much to my surprise, these are working for me, clearing up a problem I’ve had for months! I take 2 a day. They taste and have the texture of the Candy Dots I used to buy in the movies when I was a kid!

Good stuff. Tastes ok too. Seems like a good value for the money.I seen some people complain about the stickiness but I've had no such problems. After getting it delivered i set up a reoccurring subscription to have it delivered regularly. This is for the driver. He is terrific. A lot of people have to worry about stolen packages. This young man does a great job of hiding my packages as best as he can so that the public cant see them from the street. He is the only one that does this for me. He is great. The others just leave them and go.

Sticky on delivery
When i received them they were stuck together some but as a fiber supplement they help
