This sleeve comes up to armpit and down to wrist. I'm sure that's what you are wondering. A bike crashed pushed me to buy. This was the best purchase I made. I wear it every time I go for a ride or do physical work. I hope I answered your question correctlyI am 5'3 106lbs. I ordered x small

Measure your biceps and forearms while your arm is relaxed.

Q: Does it really compress you muscles?

It gives more compression than any other brand. I used for some bicep tendinitis and it worked great. I wear it now only when I’m doing some sort of outdoor activity (climb or mountain bike).
