I like the convenience of having creatine and test booster all in one pill. I feel a difference in my workout and labido. Definitely getting this again.

Ive tried many creatine brands and this was kind of okay. didnt do much like most on brands do but this was effective for a month and affordable. they are a bit hard to swallow but you wont have a hard time doing so.

I prefer the pills to the powders, so this works great. Every time I go off of this product and then come back to it my muscles are noticeably harder. I’m not sure if I can lift any heavier or for longer when I’m on it, but I’m seriously positive about having firmer muscles when I take it regularly.

I have been using this product now for around 2 months. I have been taking one pill with my lunch 5 days a week during my work. I work in a warehouse. The second half of my shift is always rough so I'm always looking for something to give me a little energy. This pill seems to boost my energy level up. I can defiantly tell the difference when I don't take it. My wife has noticed my arms are getting a little bigger and defined. I could imagine if you are lifting weights and taking this, it would defiantly show. Only downside of this is the horrible burps that come up from taking this pill and as soon as you put it in your mouth no matter how fast you try to take it, it gives a really bad taste and smell.

The first pill gives me the boost I need for a workout. The second I take opposite the first pill after a workout as directed I assume is for gains? Perhaps?Whatever the reason for splitting the dosage up, it works. I do feel quite a boost which is felt even more if I combine it with a half scoop of their pre-workout drink and I've noticed a difference in muscle mass, thanks of course to the creatine that's in this stackLove the brand, love this product

Creatine is one of those supplements that are proven to work. As for this version by CON-CRET, I can only say that it seems to work for me. Like most other supplements, I would put this in the category of "try it yourself to see if it works for you" because your mileage may vary. I have been a regular user of the original CON-CRET creatine capsules, the one without the +TEST. I honestly can't say whether or not the +TEST has made any difference. I don't know if I'm supposed to feel the effects immediately or if I need to keep taking it for an extended period of time. That being said, the creatine part does seem to give me a strength and endurance boost. What I like about this brand is that you don't need to go through a loading phase. Additionally, the capsules are convenient in that no mixing with liquid is necessary. In my opinion, these two factors make this worth the extra cost you would pay over regular creatine powder. If I reach the end of the bottle and still don't realize any benefit from the +TEST, I will likely revert to the original CON-CRET creatine capsules.
