Defective, Does not work.
WARNING DEFECTIVE DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased this gas detector in November, woke up today with a strong smell of natural gas!!!! The alarm was showing a # 3 BUT Big BUT the alarm did not go off, the alarm did not work. After I aired out the house, I placed the gas detector directly over the gas burner, turned the gas on, did not light the burner, gas on only. The detector did not sound an alarm. This device could have killed us. I gave it one star because I can not give it a negative rating.Defective.

Unsure of safety function
Not sure how much trust I have in product. My husband left gas burner turned on and propane could be smelled in living room but detector in kitchen by stove never made a peep.
