Works great
I have to say this little device works great. A coworker recommended it to me and it does the job well. I have major lower back, hip pain and this helps with the pain. The only thing I would like to change is the size of the pads. I wish they were bigger. It has excellent battery life.

Doesn’t work
I for one didn’t like that this product doesn’t really work as directed and the display functions do not work as well. I don’t like that you CANNOT return this product back due to not being eligible to be returned. Amazon policy says cannot be returned due to product containing flammable liquids etc this product doesn’t contain anything like that it just runs in batteries. Doesn’t make sense. Not happy
