This product is great. It has cleaned all of the nasty stuff out of my garment steamer. It does take a few hours, but it is worth it instead of having to buy a new one. I also used it on my coffee maker and it worked very well.

The media could not be loaded. Works amazing. Had a clogged up Rowenta Valet Pro and it cleared it right up. Tried everything before and nothing seemed to work- even took it apart and cleaned lines. Just follow the simple instructions. Some nasty scale buildup came out afterwords that it cleared up. Yes its 2 easy ingredients you can buy yourself, but this is cheaper and more convenient. 5/5 Stars

I had given my steamer up for dead and was about to buy a new one but decided to give this a try. It worked instantly! However, the gray sludge that started coming out looked just like the color of the plastic on parts of the steamer so I wondered what was going on. Anyone else have this experience? I thought the plastic was melting. I’m still not sure, but the steamer is working and the sludge has stopped pouring out. I worry a bit about the chemicals in the solution, but stayed out of the room while it was cleaning out. I will use it again.

Love this product which cleaned out my steamer from hard water. I use my steamer monthly so I will use these packets monthly which saves the life of the steamer or iron.

I have a full size steamer that just locked up and wouldn't steam. I bought this Decalcifier product and hubby was kind enough to clean my steamer and it works like new now! One packet did it so we'll have some for future cleanings.
