Not fit for purpose
Very poor performance and difficult to navigate and now will not charge, just got less than 6% battery left. So cannot use the unit and I am still waiting for Amazon tech support to contact me. So not happy at all.

Great purchase
The surface 7 arrived as described, in excellent condition. Having used it for a month, I am very satisfied with it's performance. I would have rated this with 5 stars if it had Windows 11 installed as per the description. It wasn't a big of an issue getting Windows 11 installed though, but I would advise amending the product description to be more accurate.

Renewed as good as new
Bought a renewed surface pro 7+ after a lot of deliberation - did I need one, can I afford it etc. So glad I did. What a machine! It's not an Android tablet by any stretch - it's a fully functioning pc with a great take on what a Windows tablet should be as a bonus - and I absolutely love it. It's like a breath of fresh air to have such a useful Windows tool again. The quality of this renewed device is absolutely spot on as well. It looks and feels like brand new!
