Used for tortoise
Used these for tortoise to bask on,tortoise ones are so expensive, slate is slate. But because sellers are cheeky by adding extra £5 on coz they think we're made of money as we have tortoises. We'll yes that may be the case. But don't rip others off. This slate is perfect for my tortie. He loves it,I put 2 together. Great appearance, very sturdy. And very good value. Fits well in his indoor home. And I've 4 for the outdoor home. Thick enough for his needs.washes easily.

Amazing customer service - beautiful product!
I'm absolutely thrilled with the very previous place mats. They need to be looked after because they are like glass and we had a delivery issue that was resolved perfectly. I will be ordering another set as I think they make a beautiful gift

Excellent product.
The product was excellent but poor packaging resulting damage to one of the place mats resulting in delay to use.The damaged was replaced however and the damaged mat was placed so no problem. Was fine

Used for water feature
Bought to make a garden water feature.. I wanted a cascade rather than just water pouring out & sounding like a horse peeing into a bucket.. the water now flows over the slate & sounds more like a natural obstruction to make a lovely gentle cascade in nature
