Exactly as described- nice solid weights with a good cover on them. Seems as though they will stand up to weathering ok. Very uniformed and good quality control. I ordered 2 sets so I had enough to weigh down some tall planter pots outside in Texas wind. Shipped quickly. If I need more I would definitely buy again. I Do recommend these.
