Great Textbook
Great Textbook that covers all the material in detail. It explains all of the concepts well and I feel prepared after studying it. I do recommend watching the dr messer videos on youtube as well. The price was reasonable.

Complainers will complain - this book is great.
I’ve read a lot of reviews here. A lot of them are people seemingly taking out their frustrations on minuscule things they can point out. It really just seems like being nitpicky and complaining just to complain. The book is in black and white, yes, but so what? They save money not printing in color and the pictures and text are entirely legible. There’s BARELY any bit of fuzzy text or hazy looking pictures and by barely, I mean so little that you would have to get real close to point it out under lighting. You have to find it to see it which… *putting stick in bicycle spokes meme here*Another point that was made was regarding the redundancy of information and how it can give you too much of one topic only to be told it is not needed for the test; another way to complain about something so small and insignificant. If the topic you’re reading about isn’t on the test, maybe you should download the exam objectives given to you for FREE on the official CompTIA website that OUTLINES EVERYTHING you that will be on the core 1 and 2 exams. It’s pretty simple to follow what you need to study and even if it’s too much information on a subject matter… these things you should know anyway. It won’t hurt you. This is a plethora of valuable information all for a very low cost. This is your ticket to your success. I wanted to write this to dispel some of the “issues” people were talking about which, again, seems to be nitpicking and unnecessary. This is a great book. Do yourself a favor and buy it if you’re thinking about going for the exam. This book and Professor Messer on YouTube (Core 1 1101 & Core 2 1102) will guarantee a passing score. He posts all topics outlined in the CompTIA A+ exam objectives. Best of luck to whoever is reading this!

Great Content, But Not in "New" Condition
The book itself is exactly what I needed for studying—clear, detailed, and well-organized for anyone preparing for the A+ certification. However, I was disappointed to receive it with a damaged spine and visible signs of use. It was sold as new, but it looks more like a lightly used or shelf-worn copy. For the price of a brand-new book, I expected better quality. The content is great, but the condition was not what was advertised.

Best A+ Material Out There
I am currently enrolled at a state university seeking an IT degree. The information in this book is way more comprehensive than what my school has provided for the corresponding class. It actually makes me a little nervous about dishing out money for a degree.Mike Meyers and his team do a phenomenal job of explaining the current CompTIA A+ material in a fun way that provides a satisfying amount of foundational knowledge too. You aren't just memorizing test questions; you are learning about computers.Want to skip the foundational knowledge and go right to the test material?!? You can do that too. Each section is clearly labeled as Historical/Contextual information or given the 1101 or 1102 distinction to indicate material that you can expect to find on the corresponding exam. There is even a Beyond A+ header for info that may be too new for the current exam, but is good to know.Even if you have no interest in obtaining a CompTIA A+ certification this book serves as an essential manual for all things computer. As a life-long computer nerd, I wish I had read this book years ago. Now, if only Total Seminars could show me how to make sense of this OneDrive garbage...
