I like that this is a decent size since it's hard for me to write small. The symptom tracking pages are nicely detailed. Love that there is a spot for appointments/surgeries, medication list, and doctor information. There is section in the back for notes which is a nice bonus. I looked at a few other ones but pick this one and I'm glad I did. Will definitely be buying again

This is just as described, it is a good size and the paper is a good weight so your writing doesn’t easily bleed through.

I really like this book!!! It’s going to be really helpful for me to track all of my symptoms and even energy level and mental clarity. I have fibromyalgia and this is going to make it so much easier for me to accurately track my symptoms but also communicate my experience to my doctors for effectively. I wish I would’ve gotten this sooner!

I love that I can easily flip thru and look at the diagram to see where the pain is. Keeps my notes focused, but I’d like more space for notes and pain description.

I have been looking for a was to document my symptoms during my current health journey. I love this book because it is neurodivergent assessable! I can even use pretty pens are highlighters to make it a better experience. It’s also really nice to have something to show my healthcare providers.

I've been sick going on 7 months now and have had to very closely track every single symptom. This covers so many things I wouldn't have even thought of. My only issue is that there's little room to write longer notes, but that may just be me being a blabbermouth with a lot to say! Love the book!!
