Overall a good phone.

I like the phone so far. I was careful at first about charging it. I'm disabled and have a dog so I drop by phone quite often and so far it's held up but then I also bought a case and screen protector. I highly highly recommend you buy a case and screen protector for any phone you have especially if you are a clumsy person and drop things a lot. At first I did have a bit of a hard time with figuring out everything on the phone but now it's not too bad. I like the size of the phone and the screen is quite a good size. I watch videos on my phone and those all play good. I've taken pictures, videos as well and they usually turn out great unless it's the operator lol. I'd say this is a good phone to get.

This is a great phone for the price!

A lot of the phones in that $200 and lower are either crappy or are designed for bands that are not supported in the US (probably to force users to buy unnecessarily expensive phones). The G50 is actually a pretty damn good phone for the price. You'll get NFC and 5G which is not ubiquitous in this price range. It's not perfect. The fingerprint reader is a little sus. But other than that I have no complaints. The processor is snappy enough. It also has a big battery too. So you'll get easily a day or two of use before charging. If somehow it could have wireless charging it would be perfect. But even without it. It's pretty damn good. It's got a big screen. They really should have just duplicated this formula for the G60 which to my eye looks a lot cheaper. This a well made, sturdy phone. Good for the price range. Oh I'm on T-Mobile.

Don't order this phone.

Please do not get this phone if you are looking for an Android 11. It is an Android 13 and is not as easy to operate as an Android 11. Plus the phone is no good. It keeps turning off in a matter of seconds and you have to turn it back on and sign in again. Very, very frustrating. It has no back button or screenshot button. or no home button. It has no users guide on the internet. Just for a G50 which is the same users guide for a G50-11. Took me weeks to figure things out. I loved my Android 11 and wanted another on. The item description in my opinion is false advertising.

May not be compatible with AT&T

The phone itself is excellent. AT&T says that this model number will not work with their network, and therefore will not register the device. I have found it will work without registering as I used the sim card from my previous phone.. The only issue I have had is that maybe once a day or every other day, AT&T must do an update and shuts off the signal. Either that or it's just an issue with my local tower. A quick restart usually remedies this. Sometimes 2 restarts and then it's good to go until the next time. If not for this one thing, I would've given 5 stars.

Neat phone ive bought.

Im so glad I spent the money on this phone it wurks so much better and for as much as I drop it or knock ut off the counter its not even cracked the screen. So its tabbie tough and thats says a lot about Nokia. Wosh I would have gone with Nokia un the first place and saved myself the trouble.

Lack of paying attention to what is needed

I love the phone; BUT . LACK OF PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAILS. THEY SENT THE WRONG CHARGING CORD!

Low-speed 5G is supported on AT&T networks

Amazon’s description “AT&T 4G only, AT&T 5G not supported” is not correct. I’ve confirmed that the Nokia G50 can connect using 5G on AT&T’s 850 MHz band 5, which AT&T says is now available throughout much of the U.S. This likely gives a download speed about twice that available through AT&T’s 4G LTE. So although this is true 5G, it does not offer the tremendous increase in speed available at much higher frequencies (but also much shorter range) such as 39 GHz, which AT&T calls “5G+”. The Nokia G50 does not support such high frequencies for any carrier, and as a practical matter, carriers are beginning to deploy these high frequencies in only a very few locations. The Nokia G50 does support a mid-range band for 5G used by Sprint and T-Mobile, which provides higher speeds than AT&T’s low-band 5G, but Sprint/T-Mobile now offer this only in select cities.Regarding the Nokia G50, I can only compare it to my previous Nokia 6.1, which AT&T obsoleted when they discontinued 3G. (4G data still works in the Nokia 6.1, but voice telephone doesn’t). Anyway, my first impression is that G50 has a much snappier processor, apps and data transfer are much faster, and battery life is much better. I’m very pleased with the Nokia G50.

Not up to par with other Nokia Phones

This is the most annoying phone I have ever owned. I need to reboot it everyday, why it locks up. I am not sure if it the hardware of the awful Android 12 that was pushed on to it. Camera is great, everything works well except when it locks up or when I am in a hurry to do something it refuses to respond. I have rebuilt the OS and did not solve the issue. I have used Nokia for the last dozen years in that time, one phone stopped working on calls, the others especially the Windows Phones were rock solid. I guess this is what you get when a Nokia phone is no longer manufactured by Nokia
