Meguiar's G16402 Whole Car Air Re-Fresher Odor Eliminator Mist, New Car Scent, 2 Fluid Ounces

My daughters car... It hurts my feelings how terrible it can get in such a short period of time. Softball and volleyball clothes get REAL funky in a hurry, especially in such a confined space. This car freshener from Meguiar's was quick and easy to use. After we took EVERYTHING out of the car and vacuumed the seats and carpet, we turned on the air, popped the top on the can to start spraying, and shut the door. Not sure of the spray quality, the duration, or how long it took to dissipate as we left it for about an hour. Does not call for that long, but I forgot about it. The results were much, MUCH better than I expected. Whole car smelled fresh for a long time. Rode with her a month later and it did not smell like someone had left sour milk in a fish tank for too long, which is a great start.

I have an old truck that smelled like any old truck does with cloth seats, and this completely refreshed the smell inside. No more old truck smell!

This thing saved my bank account. I thought I would have to go to the mechanic to get rid of the smell coming from my AC. Just figured I’d give this a try and it worked great! My car had a very strong smell of cleaner or chemicals for a few days after but it’s been odorless for months now.

The fogger seemed to work ok but no new car smell sent as I thought it had. Also, it got it rid of the smoke smell for roughly 3 days, now it's back but I will say, not as strong. So, thinking I either need an industrial strength fogger or, perhaps hit it with this 4-5 more times. Not a bad fogger, just didn't eliminate the smoke smell. I gave it 4 stars for effort.

I really enjoy using this air freshener. It's simple to set up, smells great, and actually makes the car feel fresh again. The new car scent usually lasts a few weeks, sometimes close to a month. I’ve had water get into the car before, which leaves a pretty bad smell, but this clears it up fast. One thing I really like is how it runs through the whole air system when you use the recirculate setting, even getting into the cabin air filter. It’s a quick fix that does the job, and I often get compliments about how good my car smells afterward.

Cannot opine about the odor elimination capabilities by itself as I used it in conjunction with a foam product for the compressor drain. Smells good, my problem was that it would not stay activated so I had to keep going in the car to activate it, defeating the set it and forget it nature of it.

Wow, I am honestly impressed at how well this worked. I had a 2018 CR-V with a musty smell that I could not get rid of for 6 months. I tried everything; replacing the cabin air filter, spraying air freshener in the air intakes, spraying Lysol in the air intakes, using disinfectant spray all over everything in the inside of the car, spraying compressed air in the intakes and vents. Nothing would get rid of it until I tried this! Didn’t have much hope but it wasn’t expensive so I thought I’d try it.I can see why some people don’t like the scent, but I personally don’t mind it. I think they make other scents now as well. The musty smell hasn’t come back in 8 months now so this really worked.
