I assume this does what it says on the packaging, but it doesn't seem to have 365 tablets as claimed. It's only 10 months after I bought this and the tablets have already run out, two months before they should have. I've only had one a day, so I'm guessing the bottle contains closer to 300 tablets than 365.

Great supplement by my fav vit & sup company- selenium is good quality makes me feel better every time I have it before bed.

Really works hair and nails totally feel and see the difference the little tablets do smell bad lol honestly they do but we'll worth the money

These smell so bad that I heave when I open the bottle. I have had selenium before and they did not smell at all. That makes me wonder what is in these that make them smell so bad. We shall see if I can take them regularly without up chucking at the smell. I have dispensed them into a daily pill box organiser in the hope that it will smell less potent.Update, I had to stop taking these as I was getting upset stomach and can't say I found them useful to my health.
