Came as described. Works fine for my portable ac. Like stated by others does not include instructions. But that is fine, its a replacement for the one that came with the AC so should already know how to use it. Also, it's pretty common sense to assemble.

Very flimsy easy to set up, I’m using it vertically and have it almost maxed out around 56 inches and it la very flimsy. It is working but probably going to drill and attach an equal length wood plank to make it sturdy. For the the price it’s ok but there all the same at least on Amazon

Didn't have instructions, but it is pretty self-explanatory, so not a big deal. Worked as intended. Comes with sealing tape, which is nice.

Missing majority of the part, packaging was damaged and taped again with clear tape. Employees didn’t look for missing parts on packaging and just taped it shut. What a horrible manufacturing 3rd party. I highly doubt not recommend going through this 3rd party manufacturing that is with Amazon. If I could I would give them a negative 5 star review.

The items are well made and not cheap. My only issue was the tape..... I don't know what's going on with the tape because it looks like two way tape but doesn't come apart like 2 way tape¿??¿
