Ok product....
The good thing is that these are rice noodles and not maida....their thickness is also good....easily cooked.....just need to dip in boiled water for a few minutes while swirling them around in it....dont have any taste as such of their own....so can buy any other rice noodles too i think cuz the price is a bit too high

Very Good Quality Noodles
Lockdown has done some really good things also. Many of us have spent good time learning new things to cook. In this direction I learned how to cook authentic chowmein noodles. My first attempt was with general chowmein wheat flour noodles. It literally crashed as it looked like Halwa. No one could eat. We had almost dropped the plan to cook authentic chowmein. Yet I thought to give a try with rice noodles instead. And this noodle was just great. No stickyness. Despite of proper cooking, not a single thread was sticking....every single thread was separate...and great taste and feel. Highly recommended. Only drawback is that it is a bit costly. In a packet you can cook it two times for 2-3 persons.

Very thick rice noodles
Standard rice noodles by taste. These noodles are on the thicker side once cooked/rehydrated, therefore doesn't hold flavours well (don't go for this if you want flat rice noodles). Also if you follow the cooking instructions on the pack (keeping it soaked in boiling water for 5-8mins) you'll end up with chewy undercooked noodles. I kept it for longer time, with a lid on still didn't help, ultimately I boiled the water with noodles in it for a few more minutes to get it right. I would recommend, follow the instructions but also boil it for a few minutes at the end.

Good noodles. 500 gms noodles served 7 adults
Made pad thai noodles with 500 gms and was good for 7 adults. It was my first attempt at making pad Thai and also my first with rice noodles. Turned out good. Make sure you only soak the noodles in warm water. Do NOT boil.

Excellent taste...
Soak it in hot water for a few mins and cook it until the noodle is done...taste great... with the right sauces and seafood you get the authentic pad thai noodles' taste...I just love it...though the noodles is a bit expensive... If you want the taste of the real pad thai then it's worth it than eating out in a restaurant...or going to Thailand... thumbs up.
