This product is very good. It calm me down and gives me a good sleep. It also helps my cognitive function.

No added sugars, dissolves easily in hot water. Also good in smoothies. Tastes pretty good. For the amount you get, it is on the more expensive side but raw cacao is not cheap - so that is expected. It is also a good source of iron. Shipped quickly.

This product seemed to have good review, so I picked it. I dion’t usually review items that I huy but I thought it is important that people know how to consume this, otherwise it does not give the benefit that you want. I have done my research Heat deactivates the flavanoids. If uou add it in food, you bake it or you cook it, the flavanoids are gone. The way to consume this is to drink it in tepid water at the most. Room temperature is what the best you can hope for. Drink it as is with a l little water. The only thing that you can add is raw honey if it is too bitter for you. You can not add milk nor creamer. Oat milk is okay, but have you ever looked in the back of the oat milk packaging what it has? You don’t want to drink that. In my case, I drink it in the morning. It does give me the morning boost of energy and improved mood, I feel my hair is healhier, and even if I do get sick I seem to be able to bounde back a little faster. You don’t get the benefit until you are drinking this regularly for at least a couple of months. I hope this helps.

It tastes great. A lot less money than the other products that are the same. I put it in my coffee every morning.

Very good cacao powder. Is cheaper and is as good as other brand that was almost double the price.
