These gloves run sorta big. However they fit the purpose for my exercise class. The first time I purchased a lg, they were big, so I ordered a medium, turns out it’s still a little big.

The gloves have good quality & feel very authentic & feel very smooth while wearing them 💯 however, I ordered a large and they were too small I could barely move my fingers around while wearing these gloves.. if you have slim/ small hands, then these gloves are going to be perfect fit, if you have large wide hands, these gloves aren’t for you

Good for resistance bands
I use these for exercise band workouts, so far so good! They are holding up. Some gloves are too hot, or just disintegrate after a while. I'm pretty happy with these.
