Excellent for under our covered Pergola

Easy to put together. It's bigger than I expected which is great and we use it for the gazebo on the patio. The heat it radiates is brilliant. It's got 3 settings and a pull cord and you can change the height. The highest it goes is over 7ft. Highly recommended. Great purchase.

This is a nice size heat lamp and produces a decent amount of heat.Only negative I would say is that the lead could be longer.

This broke within about a week of having it. We then was paying for the cover to which then seller stated he would send another. It has been 5 months after repeatedly messaging them and we haven’t received anything or heard anything.Awful!

I bought this heater around 5 months ago. Few days ago one of the 3 quartz tubes started to melt in one small place and not working anymore, the others still working.I’ve complained to the seller this problem, expecting to send a quartz replacement tube but to my surprise they send me a whole new product as replacement in very next day and keeping the old one.This a generic chinese heater that you’ll find everywhere but the support from this seller was outstanding, at least for me.I don’t post reviews, especially not positives ones but this time it really deserves.

I expected something better with a fancy name on the heater. It’s run of the mill mass produced Chinese product with a ridiculously short mains lead. It hardly reaches the base when at full height. It needs to be at least a metre longer to be reasonable. It’s also meant to be waterproof and able to be left outside all year round but time will tell on that one. I obviously won’t leave it out in winter but it doesn’t take much water getting beneath the surface coating to produce rust. Where the upright is fixed to the base is poor design for an item that is advertised as waterproof. The fixings are in a recess in the base. This allows water build up and the covering cowl doesn’t help because the diameter is too small to prevent water running off it and into the recess. They haven’t been very well designed at all.

Everyone ignore the previous review I gave - the supplier redeemed themselves by sending me a replacement part in a very timely manner. Lamp now works well, cives out plenty of heat and can be maneuvered wherever I want it ion the patio - having said that I do need a plug extension - the power cord could be longer

It’s very good and strong quality. Very hot.I used it in the house not outside and it made the house very warm
