Ideal size, easy to use

came before delivery date . in excellent condition no marks or scratches . set up time ,running all updates about 30 - 40 minutes , wifi adaptor very good . checked inside machine it was spotless no dust or crap . 6 USB ports 1 x HDMI every thing i needed . im useing this as a media centre , running Kodi software only . i have a massive dvd / blueray film collection which ive converted to MKV files put on various hard drives . which go through Kodi then to my surround sound system . The Dell is slim and compact fits under my tv perfectly . defo would recommend this seller

Really first rate, especially at the price !It's got no internal slots, so no option of a better Graphics & so no gaming, BUT it comes with Win 10 Pro, Gbit cable Ethernet and even wifi (a minor problem with wrong aerial was sorted by the supplier in a couple of days ).It also has 4 x USB 3.0 sockets (as well as 2 USB2 for your KB+mouse) ... so get yourself 4x 256Gb (now £9.99 ea) or 256Gb (around £21 ea) USB 3.9 sticks and you have a fast 1Tb/2Tb RAID array !Or just plug in a few standard 'protable' USB drives and you have a (reasonably) fast NAS back-up or media server ...I've have it running with a pair of old hard drives in USB enclosurers as a 'Mirrir' RAID (if one dies it can be swapped out with none of the impossible to use Linx based NAS 'say bye bye to your date with one wrong box tick' utilities).It's been running ever since delivery with no signs of any trouble at all .... OK, it's not 'fast' but then after loading the first Tb or so overnight I just run my usual incremental back-up (I recommend Free File Sync (or RealTimeSync) which works fine ...My next step is to install Plex Media Server - or whatever else I might choose !Recommended == especially when compared to those 'deskless' NAS enclosurers you see at $$$mega (and whihc you can't add Plex to - although to be fair some come with some ancient version of Plax installed)

I needed a small pc to do routine emails, printing and home office admin tasks and this is perfect for that, as i already had a monitor and peripherals from the “Dead” pc it replaced this was a cost effective solution, that boots fast and gets the job done.Its not going to play games or multi task very well though so if these are a priority then look for something else

Windows 10 works just perfectly on this and this would make a great unit for someone who needs a PC for web use and e-mails and most office type work.This is not what I am using it for though. I installed UBUNTU 22.04 LTS minimal, have remote desktop access setup to it and using VMWARE I am running a Home Assistant VM for automating my home.This is probably overkill for this but it runs very well indeed, is low on power consumption, updatable and can be installed with many additional apps for instance PiHole for blocking ads etc.With this I'll be able to get rid of a few of the separate little RPI units and just run it all from this one PC.

Won't start up after 5 months of light use, saying a fatal error with the hard drive

Lovely small form factor PC. In fact TINY is the word, Nice and fast for everyday work, Lots of memory, SSD OK, can be easily upgraded if needed, lots of ports. Nice graphics. Windows 10 ONLY but so what.? For the money cant complain. And its from Amazon. If it breaks, send it back for full refund.

It performs worse than an old mobile, it crashes often and it can't handle the simplest of operations sometimes. I won't return because I'm lazy, but I would never buy this again or recommend it. We only use it to watch youtube, it crashes.
