This lumbar support pillow has significantly improved my sleep. I can now comfortably sleep on my side and stomach while feeling properly supported. This might just be the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I’ve only used it for two nights, and already my lower back pain is gone. I honestly can’t believe I waited so long to try something like this. As a side sleeper, I didn’t realize how much I needed proper lumbar support until now. The pillow is super comfortable and stays in place all night, even though I tend to move around a lot in my sleep. Total game changer!

I tried sleeping on this pillow to help with my lower back pain, but it just didn't work for me. I didn't find it comfortable to sleep on at all. That said, it's made a world of difference for me by providing extra lumbar support in my office chair and has reduced my back pain at work. It fits in my chair well, holds its shape and doesn't make my chair too hot. So while I am not using it as I originally planned, I still think it was a good purchase. It is nice that you can easily change the size of the pillow by adding more padding or taking it out.

Useless for ME. I could see it lacked build as soon as it was taken out of the package. I gave it 24 hours to “fluff up”, to no avail. I purchased this to help alleviate pain from SI dysfunction in my lower back. I was hoping to get a little bit of support pursuant to an upcoming spine fusion. Not to make the pain go away (which is why I am having surgery). I just wanted something to help align my back when sleeping on my side. I had been using a rolled up bath towel.Other reviewers complain of an unpleasant smell. The item did have a faint chemical aroma but not bad enough to make a difference. The main problem that I found was its total lack of support build. If the added pads are removed, you’re left with NOTHING except a pillowcase! Even folding it in half doesn’t help. After I return this, if I can’t find another pillow, I will just go back to my rolled towel.UPDATE: This company has an amazing response time for complaints, immediately reaching out to me. For me, customer service behind a product is key.Although this pillow was not a good fit for me, other consumers with a lot less lumbar issues may like this one. I bought it because of its extra pads. My spine has significant degenerative issues due to systemic lupus. If you use ALL of the pads rather than just one or two, you will get satisfactory lumbar support.

This supports my spine in the right area for sleeping on my side. I have to sleep on my side - and since I've been using this I feel better. The top 2 inches of our mattress is memory foam and for my back it is a little soft for my back. This is comfortable and I use it every night. I am so glad this was recommended to me. It's helped me a lot. I seems like really good quality and will last a very long time.

I got this pillow after several months of waking up in the early morning due to lower back pain. It has exceeded my expectations. It is really comfortable and I'm sleeping much better, with no pain. For me, it works best after removing both inserts. I haven't needed to wash it yet.

I have three of these. My daughter got it for side sleeping, but I have one in my car when I’m driving, one in my recliner in the one room for my lower back. I just bought this one to use under my legs right above my knees While I’m sleeping because it’s not as thick as a regular pillow and it’s perfect.

After using this item for several months on a chair, the color of the pillow bled onto the material of the chair. I had used this on more than one chair (light colored beige) and noted they became stained from the dye in the pillow. For shame.
