As good as new
Was a little wary buying a reconditioned item but very happy with this purchase, whoever had it previously clearly looked after it. Came with Windows 10 but updated to 11 with no issues, other than the frustration of not playing with a new toy instantly! Tablet needed a full recharge before it turned on but that was expected.

Not "as new"
The tablet was functional but not what I would consider "as new" or good condition. Numerous scratches around the edge of display/glass and the display bezel was chipped in several places. I think it would be fair to say that this tablet has been dropped at some point earlier in its life! It was also dirty and had sticky label residue in numerous places. My first and last encounter with Amazon Renewed!

I could have given it five stars
I thought I was really happy with it but on closer inspection when using on booting up there is a shadow patch on the screen I can't see it when in full colourI saved a lot of money by getting an Amazon refurbished item. So overall I am very happy with this product

Nice
Im a university student and needed a good laptop for cheap. This one is great as you can draw on the screen if you but a pen to accompany. I predominantly use one note and word (I Mainly Microsoft 365) and there has been no real issues so far after about 5 months. Also for a second hand device you could tell me it was brand new and I would believe it.

Great for me

Comes with locked custom OS image
The item arrived working and in condition however, the operating system setup has been customized by the previous Big Corporate owners. You cannot get to BIOS because there is no keyboard. Boot priority seems to be SSD which means using a USB OTG key with a new Windows image is simply ignored. There is no way to get to Windows Repair or Windows Refresh.It's not a brick but it might as well be.
