Great for live streaming using your phone
Although i had a hard time using the item in the beginning due to technical difficulties, once everything's fixed, it's brought my live streaming to another level. The plugin rack and mixer that comes with it is amazing! I have yet to try the DAW but for now i am in love with this product.

Had higher expectations, disappointed
I mainly use the analog I/O jack with the 3.5mm trrs cable for podcasting purposes on my iphone. I won't get any sound output from my sennheiser e845 with a fethead attached(phantom power on). My AT2020 seem to work but vol is super low even when I maxed out the master vol and gains. The OTG jack doesn't seem to work, my iphone 8plus doesn't even detect the interface(I've only tested with one OTG cable). The ground noise is kind of pretty bad on this device. My pc won't even detect this device when plugged through usb. For something past 100 bucks, you'll expect atleast a dc cable but it doesn't come with one, just a usb and trrs 3.5mm cable. Definitely returning this.

The trrs output doesn't work
I bought this to be able to record higher quality audio with my phone. By the time I was able to set it up and try it out, my window to return it had closed. The trrs output jack didn't work and I bought this one specifically for that component. I could have bought a much less expensive unit and all the adapters to make that connection and saved some money. Very disappointing!

Great all around interface
I was familiar with Icon control surfaces which I really like so I took a chance on their audio interface even though I could not find much info on them. I was not let down, setup was easy and my recordings sound great. It has all the ins and outs I could want (and then some) and good quality mic pres . It's well built and has a metal chassis and looks to be very durable. I can also apparently connect to my phone for live streaming to Instagram Live or other mobile only streaming apps but I haven't tried.

It’s not usable in any professional way
What it is supposed to do sounds impressive but it doesn’t completely deliver. The overall volume is lower than my other interfaces and so many features don’t work correctly. There is an audible clicking while using it.

Fácil de usar, no requiere de ASIO4ALL ya que incluye su propio driver ASIO de hasta 96KHz. En vivo o para grabar la recomiendo totalmente. Registras el producto y te registras también en los sitios del software incluido - para habilitar sus licencias - y listo! A tocar y grabar se ha dicho!
